Projekt zagospodarowania terenu wokół Beijing Overseas Business Center jest próbą stworzenia zielonej oazy między budynkami biurowymi. Ma ona zapewnić zarówno pracownikom biur, jak i klientom sklepów i usług komfort oraz atrakcyjne miejsce do spędzania czasu. Nowoczesny design i zróżnicowane formy spędzania wolnego czasu przyciągną zarówno najemców jak i nowych klientów.

Nawierzchnie w miejscach publicznych mają wzór pasów, który integruje cały teren inwestycji i tworzy jeden „miejski dywan”. Różne typy przestrzeni są różnicowane gęstością pasów – im bliżej wewnętrznych dziedzińców a dalej od głównej promenady tym wzór jest bardziej zagęszczony. Umożliwia to zarówno zróżnicowanie jak i ujednolicenie projektowanej przestrzeni. Kolejnym elementem nawierzchni jest system organicznych kształtów, które łączą się z architekturą budynków i przywołują obrazy fal morskich. Wszystkie elementy zagospodarowania – nasadzenia roślin, meble miejskie, elementy wodne – odnoszą się do tych kształtów i są przez nią zintegrowane. Przeplatają się tu kolorowe posadzki, tafle wody, kwitnące nasadzenia i zielone trawniki. Łączy się tu nowoczesna technologia, natura i człowiek co jest podstawą zrównoważonego rozwoju.

Concept

The landscape project for BEIJING OVERSEAS BUSINESS CENTER is an attempt to create an oasis between the office buildings. It will provide both – office staff and customers of shops and services – comfortable and attrac-tive place to spend time. Modern design and various forms of activities will attract both tenants and new customers.

Pavements in public spaces have a stripe pattern which binds whole area and creates one „urban carpet”. Spaces are varied by the density of the stripes – the closer the courtyards system is more dense. It offers in the same time variety and homogeneity. Another layer of the concept is a system of the flowing, organic shapes that match the architecture of the buildings and evoke pictures of sailing waves. All elements of the landscape – greenery, urban furnitures, water features – refers to these shapes and are con-nected by it. Colorful pavements, tables of water, green lawns and flourishing plantings intersperse here. Combination of modern technology, nature and human needs is the basis of the sustainable development.
